Pregnancy Yoga

Sunday 9.30-10.30am and 10.45-11.45am - Ivy Room, The Green, Nunhead

Come to build strength and space for your baby to grow, to relax and have time for you both to just be, to learn breathing techniques to keep you calm through pregnancy and birth, and to meet other mums in the area.

Welcome from 12 weeks right through to birth.

Postnatal Yoga

Monday 10-11am- Willow Room, The Green, Nunhead

Time to move, breath and connect to your body and your baby. Working through a gentle flow of movements, which will help to re-build strength and aid relaxation. A great way to meet other local mums and babies.

For mums from 6 weeks post birth, 8 weeks post C-section.

Yoga for Strength, Flexibility and Movement

Tuesday 6.30-7.30pm - Ivy Room, The Green, Nunhead

*Taking a break for summer from the 30th July for 5 weeks, back on Tuesday 3rd September*

This class is designed to prehab the body, creating strength as well as flexibility, by moving through functional yoga sequences. This will help to avoid injuries and improve performance off the mat. We will work through the full range of motion at the joints, movements to counteract our desk and computer bound lives, breathing techniques and relaxation. Great for anyone working towards a sporting goal, regular runners or cyclists, or anyone who wants to give their body care, time and respect.

Suitable for beginners.

All classes above are £10 per class or £50 for a pack of 6 classes. The class packs are to be used within 3 months of purchase.

1:1 Sessions or Private/Corporate Events

Tailored to meet your individual wishes, circumstances and body's needs. This is the ultimate way to progress practice further and/or quicker.

Private sessions are perfect as an introduction to yoga, to build confidence after an injury or just to receive more dedicated assistance than what is possible in a group class. 

These sessions can be tailored for during pregnancy and postnatally.

Available for private or corporate events, as a one off or recurring. Contact me to discuss.
